Need some more rain gear

I'm getting pretty sick of Seattle, I mean, Ames. This weather is depressing. I can't handle not getting out and riding for 3 days straight. I thought the saying was "if you don't like the weather in Iowa, wait an hour". Well,,,, I'm still waiting!

Of course I have thought of what other rain gear I need. The top of my legs have just been soaked. My Marmot jacket's been stellar. But I need some button on pants or something, to keep the legs dry. Some quick slap-on shoe covers would be nice too.

It is supposed to be 70 by Friday though, and sunny. However, I pulled something in my back again, so I haven't been doing much anyway, other than taking a lot of advil. Something about the mix of computer posture, biking, and some lifting, I pulled something in my upper left back. So I probably need to take it easy and get to the physical therapy place in Lied. Actually it doesn't hurt biking much, but just about everything else doesn't feel great, including sleeping. I gotta sleep on my back to stay comfy, and I'm a side sleeper. Anyway, enough complaining, my class work is over soon. I'll start working my new job May 7th, along with a few more hours with my current job.
