I decided to head out last night to go see what the group was like for the road ride. We started at bike world at 5:30 and had a good group of folks at about 12 or so. We rolled west, then North on Dayton. Then out near Peterson, right at the stop sign at 190th. Then west again, then North to the county line. Then east then south on 18. It was a great ride. I stuck up with the front pack. We were chatting the whole time. There were some good surges here and there, but nothing too masochist. I think we ended up doing 44 miles in 2:10. So a good solid pace, but I still felt pretty good. I'll probably go next week. Hopefully I'll catch some more folks next time.
