A new family member

Well, two "seconds" occured today. (1) a second Surly was added to my bike family and (2) a second 29er. The frame that I bought off of ebay surely has some character to it (some dents dings and dents)! But it seems fitting for a Surly to have those things, whether I put them there or not. I love the comment from the guy who I bought it from, he writes "my kids called it Mr. Potatohead". I can't help but think - why didn't Surly call it that in the first place?! Please do comment with your suggestions for the components to add to this legendary frame :)
